Yoga for back pain

What great insights into the use of classes, follow up, Yoga, journaling and daily exercise for a year for the treatment of low back pain. They had a weekly class for 12 weeks with a form to fill out and were expected to do a half hour of practice every day. This is a lifestyle metamorphosis for most people and is awesome. The exercise progressed in a logical manner. I would be a bit cautious of doing twisting poses early on but they advised to not do anything painful, which is great.
